Unfortunately, personal pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a comfortable experience for all our visitors. However, you can leave your furry friend at our Grooming and Daycare center. Don’t forget to make an advance booking for daycare services prior to your visit.
Join us in embracing the ‘Glitter of Husky’ at Huskitory! We recommend wearing comfortable attire that you don’t mind getting a bit glittered. It’s best to avoid white or expensive clothing.
Kindly remove your shoes and socks before stepping into our indoor activity area. And don’t worry about the husky glitter on your clothes – we provide lint rollers with sticky sheets to help you clean up before you leave.
Absolutely! Siberian Huskies are renowned for their good nature and friendliness towards humans. Our dogs adore visitors of all ages, from babies to the elderly. Please note that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 and above) with a ticket.
We respectfully ask parents to ensure their children are gentle and calm around our furry friends – no tail-pulling, screaming, or running around in the premises. We warmly welcome individuals with physical or mental disabilities. Our dedicated team ensures that only the calmest and most mature dogs are part of your experience.
Rest assured, our Siberian huskies are known for their gentle nature rather than biting. These expertly trained dogs are respectful, obedient, and have always been non-aggressive towards humans. In fact, a friendly lick is more common than a bite!
Please note that all visitors enter at their own risk. Huskitory and its management are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, assets, or property.
For the safety and health of our furry friends, we only permit in-house treats, which are available for purchase during your visit. Our staff will guide you on how to safely offer these treats to the dogs.
Please be aware that offering treats is done at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur from this activity.
While we don’t offer free spectating inside the session area, we do provide an outdoor waiting area (non-air-conditioned) for family members who prefer not to participate in the session.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any changes, exchanges, or cancellations once your reservation is confirmed. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
Children younger than 2 years old are welcome to enter for free, provided their Malaysian MyKid identity card is verified. For children aged 2 and above, a booked seat is required.
Absolutely! You are welcome to take your own photos and videos, but please turn off your flashlight. We love seeing your photos and videos on social media, so don’t forget to tag us @huskitory. Let’s be kind to one another and our furry friends!
